Anyone else getting thrush more often

I have been on Premique tablets low dose for about six months.
Feel so much better, the fog has lifted, the night sweats have gone, the energy is back.
But I have had two bad attacks of thrush. I also have, how can a put it, dried up. It can be very uncomfortable and makes sex very unappealing even with an industrial amount of ky jelly.
Anyone else had these symptoms and what can I do to improve things.
