Ok here's how bad it is !

katierocket Mon 27-Jun-05 12:55:04

what, non existent?

Bibiboo Mon 27-Jun-05 12:58:27

oh dear, what happened?

nutcracker Mon 27-Jun-05 12:59:35

The previous tennants had several bonfires and generally just trashed it. We have had to dig loads of glass out of it and other bits and peices.

can you hire a rotivator (?) and till your land then get some good quality turf and lay it (Tommy Walsh will show you how). Brighten things up with pots of plants and give the children each one to grow their own stuff in!

nutcracker Mon 27-Jun-05 13:14:14

Dp mentioned a rotivator i think and you right, that bit we could do ourselves i think.

Don't think i trust dp to do the patio though as it would be a disaster.

See really i want someone to come in do a fence either side, redo and extend the patio and returf what is left of the grasss at the end.

I'm looking at alot of money though then aren't I ?

jampots Mon 27-Jun-05 13:14:58

will the HA help towards the cost?

charliecat Mon 27-Jun-05 13:17:33

charliecat Mon 27-Jun-05 13:22:04

The garden is all bumpy and holey and has pieces of concrete growing in it from where the previous tenants had a huge pub play area concreted in

nutcracker Mon 27-Jun-05 13:22:05

Why what is yours like Fio ?

Fio2 Mon 27-Jun-05 13:23:40

nutcracker Mon 27-Jun-05 13:26:02
