French mum in Lancashire/liverpool- Lonely

I have been living in England for 11 years and although I have acquaintances I have made no personal friends.
I like it in England but I am also fantasize about divorcing and taking my children back to France.
I am a stay at home mum and I have a toddler.
I try to keep myself busy and with 3 children there is no shortage of work.
Maybe e-mailing some of you would make things a bit more attractive.
I also consider meet-ups with people in similar situations.

can understand as can be lonely to be a sahm more so if you dont know anyone.
