Help any1? Im in north-east so anywhere close to Newcastle. But I havnt got a clue how to start, so can anyone help.

You just post asking if people are interested in meeting up in your area. If you have a date, place and time in mind, then put that in as well. Alternatively, ask for suggestions on the best day/dates, time, place. Daytime meet-ups usually include children whilst evening meet-ups are for the parents (in reality, mostly mums). Good luck for your meet up.
