Hi YG,

I would have texted this but my stupid broken phone isn't letting me send messages again

Just seeing what you and the girls are doing on Saturday afternoon - Janh is coming over to pick me up and we thought that if you weren't doing anything we could go for a walk in the park or something, obviously it's short notice but if you fancy it then let me know.

This isn't an exclusive invitation by the way - if anyone else wants to come for a walk in Leeds you're more than welcome!

Janh is apparently off the computer today because she has stuff to do... however, we shall see! I'm working till 1 so maybe she could pick me up from work then we could head over to yours ot meet somewhere convenient for you? I'll have a word with her tonight and we'll form a plan of action.

How is DD1 by the way? Is she feeling better this week?

God, from one extreme to another in a week, how bizarre! I think I've got my phone working again now so I'll speak to Janh tonight and get in touch tomorrow, ooh, will we get to see the new car?? How exciting!

How funny that I missed this by actually doing what I was supposed to!

2pm sounds good, where would be a good place to go? Last time I took her over we passed that park on Otley Road near eccup-al-woodley and she said you had been there before, is that any use to you? (We have no deadlines though so if there's somewhere nearer you that's more convenient for you that's OK). It would be lovely to meet your DDs.

Exciting about the new car! For some reason I thought you were getting it on the 15th.

Oh that's a shame, but good for us, because we get to see you for longer! Shall we do something over your way then?

By the way, Janh - I've had a look on the 3 website and they do a package for £15, so when I go in to collect my phone (if it's ever fixed) I'm going to change to that tariff, pay it all off (it'll only be £105), try and flog the phone on ebay, then just write it off and get a new contract, what do you reckon??

At the moment I'm paying £40/ month for 500 anytime, any newtork minutes and 300 texts. However, in the 5 months that I've had it, my phone has broken on 3 separate ocsasions, and this time when I've put it in they've returned it twice, without fixing the fault.

As well as that, the network is generally crap, quite often it just won't let me make a call despite the fact that there is reception, and I've just had enough! So I'm changing to the cheapest tariff, paying it off, and getting rid, haven't decided yet what network I'll go on but prob O2 or Vodaphone.

Yes it'd be lovely to go to Golden Acre, if you don't mind driving over this way and the weather's nice.

Janh has been suspiciously absent again today - whatever can she be doing??
