I have also moved back to the area in the last few years, from the West Country and so most of my friends with children are on the other side of the country! You were talking about arranging a local meet up - are you still interested in doing that? I'm also a bit shy of large toddler groups where you don't know anybody. I'm 31 and have a little boy of 18 months.Love to hear from you.

Hello!
I was really surprised to see my name listed!
I haven't visited this sight for ages and after having a very quiet day at home I thought I'd go somewhere else other than E-bay for a change.
Where abouts do you live?
I try and get together with another girl Rebecca-who has Nathaniel 22 months and baby Daisy 3 months- but little Daisy has been quite poorly so we haven't managed to see much of each other. I have met another girl on 'Netmums' but she has quite a hectic time with lots of other friends. I have started going to a Sure Start toddler group in Kidbrooke on Tuesday morning which is quite good.
I work voluntarily at my elder daughters school on a Thursday afternoon- other than that Sainsburys is the only other outing we have!
Amberlise likes to nap after lunch so I like to keep her busy in the mornings. Now the weather is getting better Eltham Park South is really nice-and usually quiet- Amberlise is very active -with the concentration span of about 3 seconds so it's quite difficult to keep her amused at home!
Bye for now
Carrie
