Hey ladies it's time for a new thread. after reading the last one i'm so confused as to the outcome of the discussion about which day is good for everyone.
I'm Kate 25 with 8month old DS we both need to get out and about and make some new friends this year. So I will be up for meeting anyday. Looking forward to a great year of meeting you all.

Hi Kate,
I'd certainly be up for meeting up. The only thing I have to be around to collect dd from school.
At the moment, because of the cold weather obviously the park isn't too good an idea.
Not sure whereabouts you are, but can I recommend a couple of groups I go to and maybe you would feel like coming along.
One is on Thursday morning in the crypt of St John's church on Duncan Terrace. Its really clean, bright, friendly, with a designated baby area. Its on from 9.30 to 11.30.
The other one is in St. Andrews church side room in Thornhill Square on Fridays, 10 til 12. Very very friendly. Best way to describe it is meeting up in someone's (large) living room! Just a few mums drinking coffee and chatting while their little ones play. I help run this one, after attending for near enough 7 years!

Anyway if you fancy either of them and want to know how to recognise me, let me know.

Hello again, I would like to meet up as well, will be in touch next week as I am really busy this week. The groups Posey talked about sound very nice, maybe I could come along to one of those! What happened to all the other mums in Islington........?

Btw, this has got nothing to do with the meet-ups but I just wondered if anyone knows a good B&B or not too expensive hotel in the area, as I have got some relatives coming over soon?!

Hi, I've been out of action for a while - attempting to rejoin the world of work, . I'll try to start joining in again soon though.
Simi, my family have stayed in a couple of B&Bs in the area - I'll try to dig out the details for you.

hi Kate,
Hi everyone else. I've just been settling in from being away for the holidays. Are we still meeting at the 2 o'clock club wednesdays? Kate, if you are further west in Islington, like N7, N19ish, I can tell you about several activities around and maybe we can meet at one

Sorry Kate, we weren't there today. Really unlike us to miss it but ds was up exceptionally early so went back to bed at 9.30 (and me too!)
Hope to go to St. Andrews tomorrow if anyone fancies joining us.
