When meeting up take sensible precautions. Meet in a public place and let others know where you are going. You can also meet mums on your local site here.

Fennel Wed 21-May-08 14:29:59

Let's make plans and drag the others along.

What about a daytime meet up next week, with children (half term for most of us I think) maybe in a pub with beer garden/playground. I wondered about Double Locks. Or possibly Twisted Oak. On Wed or Thurs maybe.

pageturner Wed 21-May-08 15:10:51

If there's parking at the pub and it's Wednesday lunchtime ((I have help on Wednesday) I might come. Although can't guarantee we'll stay......

MarsLady Wed 21-May-08 19:01:03

If you did a weekend I could stay with HoochieMomma and come! grin

francagoestohollywood Wed 21-May-08 19:13:03

Bel, I have emailed you back, but I'm not sure my email makes more sense than the CAT message I sent you earlier on grin.

Marslady, I made your lemon drizzle cake yesterday, it's absolutely delicious!!!

MarsLady Wed 21-May-08 19:18:15

Isn't it? grin

francagoestohollywood Wed 21-May-08 19:22:13

It was my first time grin... I gave you a 10 grin

MarsLady Wed 21-May-08 19:23:21

grin

Fennel Wed 21-May-08 19:52:08

Yurt1, both those suggested pubs have lots of parking. And lots of space in general.

www.doublelocks.co.uk - very pretty, very popular, right on the river.

or

www.lemonrock.com/twistedoak - big slightly run down garden, a bit out of the way, shabby but quite convenient for people coming in from the west.

yurt1 Wed 21-May-08 20:32:13

Because I can't guarantee we'll stay I'll leave others to choose (we may last 2 mins )......

belcantavinissima Wed 21-May-08 20:46:11

i'm not fussed tbh i like both places. prefer double locks actually if its a nice day. which it will be obv hehe!

TiggerTonkerTruck Thu 22-May-08 21:17:49

francagoestohollywood Thu 22-May-08 21:24:44

yurt1 Thu 22-May-08 21:29:12
