Hi as you can see by my posting, I flaked out rather early - what a lightweight!

I live in the lovely exotic Sittingbourne and have a car so am mobile. I take DS to a few classes in Maidstone/Faversham as there really isn't much to do in Sittingbourne - well not that I have found anyway.

oh, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hello there bongobum! I live in Medway and have a ds of 5 and a dd of 3. Met up with a few other MNs living nearby, actually met in Faversham last time, which was quite easy to get to!
Hopefully we can plan another meet up soon!

evening folks, I'm from North Kent, near Bexleyheath. I'm 36 with DD aged almost 6 and a DS aged 3. Bluewater is a great place for a meet-up (especially if your little people are still buggy-bound!).

I was thinking about another meet up. Yes it would be great to get out and about a bit more.
Don't really know how it's going to work now- won't have much time because of school runs. My dd is starting nursery 5 mornings a week so I will have to work around 3 daily school runs!! My dd has SN and may be having a block of SALT on a Wednesday morning if the nursery are OK with this. That would make it easier and give me 1 day with a little more time to get somewhere!
Do you drive rickman?

Hi, I'm in Medway too and definitely up for a meet up.
Welcome to Kent and Mumsnet bongobum! Nice to meet you. I'm 31 with a dd of 4 and a ds of 18months. I don't have a car but often train it to places.

So, where shall we meet then?

(Happy new year Fio, btw. Missed you)

Hello all, thanks for the response!

Right then, shall we pencil in a date to meet up? Is that too soon? Not sure what the 'dating' etiquette is on here such a newbie.

I'm free on Wednesdays and Fridays but flexible if anyone fancies a coffee and a chinwag!

Another Kent bod here - in Maidstone. Bluewater can always tempt me out of my lair .

I suspect that my children are somewhat older than most of yours, nearly 11, 9 and 6, but I'm still up for a chinwag. Wednesdays and Fridays are best for me too, although I think Wednesdays at Bluewater are better than Fridays, from the point of view of crowds.

I used to meet a friend at Bluewater every Monday until she moved to Lincolnshire. We met in Starbucks opposite Habitat/Waterstones.
