I'm from Morpeth and I have a DD of 7 months. I have tried a few mother and toddler groups but the children are all much older so DD sits on my lap and watches.Would love to meet up with mothers who want to get together with (and without) babies in tow for a chat and learning experience for babies. My DD is so nosy, she watches everyone and everything.I so want her to get to meet other babies.

Hello, I am starting to teach baby sign language in North Tyneside and Newcastle in January if you fancy it. I am also doing a freebie at the Royal Quays, North Shields next week. I have got a couple of parents from Morpeth coming and thought you might be interested. The age range is between 6 and 18 months so it is the ideal time for you. E mail me if you want some more info. Jx

Janey 1974 unfortunately I don't have use of a car so this might be abit difficult but I will see what I can do.

babybliss and mosschops30 - I also used to live in Morpeth, now live in Worcester. In fact I was in Morpeth last weekend, my older kids love Carlisle Park, they and I would love to move back there, but dh is having none of it.

Mosschops30 yes I did go to KEVI but I try not to think back to that time to much. School didn't really agree with me.
My DH is from Hampshire and it took alot of convincing to bring him up here but he has a great job and loves the whole area now.

babybliss - do you think your dh could work on mine??

The secondary schools are so much better in Northumberland than they are here in Worcester. I went to Ponteland High.

Mosschops30 and Ailsa I'm sure my DH would recommend living up north to anyone as we are all so darn friendly!!

I can't convince my DH to move up either - darn these southerners! Will be up in Wooler with DS (10 months) over Christmas visiting my family - anyone in that immediate area? (sorry Babybliss, no car either)
