Hello,

We've had a request for case study participants from the BBC programme Rip Off Britain.

They're producing a segment about how people can use their washing machines more effectively, as there are many different settings and most people use only a few.

They are looking for anyone who would be interested in talking to our expert about how to get the best out of their washing machine and simplify their household tasks. Participants could be a couple or an individual of any age.

They are hoping to film early next week.

If you'd like to share your experience with Rip Off Britain or have any questions about the article, please contact balinder.bhogal@bbc.co.uk direct.

We at MNHQ don't have any further details about this and Balinder won't necessarily be monitoring this thread, so if you have any questions about the segment and would like to find out more please contact the journalist directly.

Thanks,
MNHQ
