Hello,

We've had a request for participants from Eilidh Corrigan, a producer working on a forthcoming BBC One series entitled How to Stay Young.

Eilidh is hoping to hear from applicants between the ages of 35-70 who would like make positive changes to their lifestyle. She says:

"Do you look your age? Do you feel your age? Do you want to feel younger and healthier? BBC One is looking for people to take part in a project to show how you can turn back the clock and feel younger.

Using the latest scientific research on ageing, we are going to create a bespoke lifestyle plan to help you get your body back on track by attempting to slow down the ageing process. This is a great opportunity to make some really positive changes and to start feeling fitter and healthier with the support of a team of experts! We’re looking for people, aged 35 -70, who want to have a healthier lifestyle to take part in an exciting new project."

If you're interested in taking part or have any questions about the project, please email howtostayyoung@bbc.co.uk, including your name, age and contact number. We at MNHQ don't have any further details about this, so if you have any questions, please do get in touch directly.

Thanks,
MNHQ
