We've had a request for case study participants from BBC Future.

They're writing an article about recent research which found that a three-day working week is 'optimal for over-40s'

They are looking for for case studies to answer these questions:

1. What, from your experience is your optimum number of hours work a
week in the office for your mental wellbeing?

2. I am interested in people's experience both under 40 and over 40
years old about how the number of hours in the office affects your
mood, ability to reason and function.

3. Is there an employer who you would recommend for real flexible
working perhaps, where you could manage your time and be your most
creative and healthy? So often 'flexible' working seems a myth, would
you agree?

They are happy to change names and places of work, deadline by Tuesday morning 14 June 2016

If you'd like to share your experience with BBC Future or have any questions about the article, please contact georgiekenyon@gmail.com direct.

We at MNHQ don't have any further details about this and BBC Future won't necessarily be monitoring this thread, so if you have any questions about the article please contact the journalist directly. (If you have any comments or observations for MNHQ, do please fire away and report your post so that our press team will be shown it!)
