Lo carb pizza base alternatives

Not really like cloud bread or whatever it is but more like making a pizza on a chicken breast. Any good ideas?

I haven't tried it yet but have seen it done with a slice of aubergine.
I want to try it with mozzarella and toppings but need a good recipe as aubergine can be amazing or awful if cooked wrong in my experience Smile

Try lo-do pizza bases - if you dry fry them before putting toppings on they work really well.

I can vouch for cauliflower as a base. It's hard to get it to stick together as it can be a bit crumbly. Tastes good though!

I’m not keen on Lo Dough or cauliflower. I’m planning on trying this next healthyrecipesblogs.com/coconut-flour-pizza-crust/
There’s also Fathead dough which I’m also not keen on but it’s crunchy like a normal crust.

I also love fathead dough. It's my go to lunch as it makes four big slices of pizza. Yum.

I use lo dough for my little boy it has 2 carbs in a full base! My little boy loves them and also my friend told me to use "smash" probably not the healthiest but it works ! Xx

It doesn’t turn out really like pizza texture wise....but when I’ve made proper pizza dough for the kids I just have the tomato sauce, mozzarella and toppings I like on top of courgette sliced lengthways, I griddle the courgette a bit first then put the whole thing in the oven.
Sometimes I do two layers.
So it’s more like an al forno really but has the taste and stringy cheese topping of pizza
