Morning all

Got a big birthday later this year and thinking of doing LCHF. I have tried to read the rules on my phone but can't see the spreadsheet properly. I think the rules are as follows, could someone set me straight if I'm wrong?

No fruit, wine (for the first few weeks), avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, sweet corn, carrots. No processed food.

Avoiding milk in tea and coffee will be the hardest part for me I think. Is one cup in the morning allowed?
