Hello (again) all,
I’m back with my tail between my legs.
Earlier this year I gave up my lifelong carb addiction, and I mean serious carbs. I mainlined bread and potatoes.
I did Biwis boot camp back in February March time I think. And it was a revelation. I lost two stone in a couple of months, went out running or to the gym most days, felt amazing....thought I’d never go back to carby twatdom.
And then....
The running slowed off...I got busy...it was too hot for the gym.
Then in the summer ten days at an all inclusive activity centre, stuffing carbs for every meal.
I’d made permanent changes to my woe...so I didn’t need to worry too much about carby meals here and there did I?
But it was just day after bad carby day.
I kept promising myself I’d get back to it. Won’t go above 70kg...definitely not...or not 71 anyway.
And my Size 12 jeans were tight, so now I’m back in some higher waisted ones...but today I looked at the label and realised they are size 14-16 Asda wonder Jeans.
I don’t want to be fat again.
I lost loads of weight off my boobs and thighs, and that’s not reappearing...but I swear I’ve got a tyre appearing round my waist. I’ve got to get a grip.
Every day for the last couple of weeks it’s been a new start....but by mid afternoon it goes horribly wrong. Then evenings I’m back to foraging in the cupboards for anything sweet or carby, and never just one biscuit or chocolate...because obviously I’m going back on the wagon tomorrow so it’s my last gasp of carby twatdom. But tomorrow never comes, does it.
Help....
