Hi all I'm on my third week of low carb, I have read the Atkins book and followed it very strictly I can't see any weight loss so far which is disappointing but the scales say iv dropped 12lbs (must be water) my main concern is that I have zero energy!! I feel so tired and sluggish my muscles ache doing the smallest activity I also feel teary/emotional I'm not sure if this is down to frustration and feeling fed up of being unable to lose weight! Someone please help xx
Hi, have you had a look at any of the low carb threads on here? There is a bootcamp which has been very helpful for me. That has a spreadsheet to explain how it all works and lots of support from a very experienced community for whom low carb is 'just the way we do things around here'. They are great.
