It's not the eggs that make you drop weight, it's more likely to be something g to do with the massively restrictive food otherwise. I mean one day dinner is fruit ffs.Completely unhealthy.
Of course you'll lose weight on that diet - there's hardly any calories in it for a start!But you're also likely to be ravenously hungry and not make it past day 3.
... oh, and it's not low carb with all that fruit and also bread
