Juice plus has anyone not done the detox and gone straight on the shakes

I have recently purchased juice plus shakes and boosters, i was told to do a detox of clean eating for two weeks before starting the shakes, but i was too impatient and went straight on the shakes, will it still work ? I have only been doing it for four days, but surely i should notice a small difference, but my scales are not budging :(
Has anyone else not done the detox and still lost weight ?
