Hi there. I started a low carb high fat diet 7 days ago following a lot of advice I've read on here, limiting carbs to 20-30g, increasing fat intake. But when I've stepped on the scales this morning I've put on a pound! I could stay the same weight with my old eating regime! I have about 3 stone to lose realistically so am really disappointed.
Do I keep at it or try something else?
