The only diet I have ever had success with is the Scarsdale diet. 20g of carbs/low fat around 800kcal pd. I now cannot survive on so few calories but since having children I am 6 stone overweight. I am disabled and struggle with exercise, can anyone give me meal ideas and tips that are low carb to get me started again??
Eating low carb doesn't have to be expensive. Eggs, frozen vegetables, cheese and butter are staple low carb foods. I buy Tesco or Lidl extra virgin olive oil for salad dressings which are both a lot cheaper than some brands.
