Hi,I'm healthier eating at the moment,not counting carbs but they're low ish. I do get a bit constipated,how can I get more fibre in my diet please?
For example,today I ate..

Full fat Greek yog with berries and seeds.

Omelette and salad
Handful of almonds

2 rye crispbreads with peanut butter
2 corn thins with dark choc

Loads of water throughout the day.
Any advice please?

More veg. More fat. Magnesium supplement.

I get so constipated when low carbing and I eat plenty of green veg and 70% of my calories come from fat. Nothing, ahem, shifts it until I have pizza up my carbs for a night sad

Even more water and magnesium worked for me.

I already drink 3L a day but I'll add in some magnesium, thank you!

Broccoli and Spinach people... Cauliflower of course.
Crispbread is a cheat - five rashers of bacon is better for you.

Eat well or die fat as a whale on a metal table being examined by skinny students....
