My Low Carb Journey

My name is belly and I'm addicted to sugar.

After a bit of quibbling and talking to someone about it IRL I've decided to bite the bullet. Not starting tomorrow but NOW. At 8.20 on a Tuesday evening.

Just about to cook dinner...

Steak with onions, lettuce and mayo.

Going to try and update as and whe I can.

Are you low carb-ing or cutting out sugar ? Confused !

Both I guess! I'm eating a low carb and, therefore, a low sugar diet.

Breakfast: Protien shake made with almond milk.

Snack: few mixed nuts

Lunch: Chicken salad and full fat Mayo

Snack: Pork scratchings

Dinner: Will be chicken curry and cauliflower rice.

Considering a low carb pudding like cheesecake with a pecan crust....

Good on you Belly. Start as you mean to go on.
I do Paleo which is low carb but no dairy wheat or processed food. No sugar but I do have honey and maple.

Cheers! I don't feel at all hungry going to bed which is a big improvement on last night!

I made the cheesecake and flavoured the filling with a carb free coffee syrup, white chocolate flavour! LUSH!!!

I have lost 2 stone doing paleo Good. I find that eating this way is really healthy and simple. No hunger needed.

Yesterday I had:

B: Protien shake
Sn: Mixed nuts
L: Lettuce, avocado, cheese, mayo and coriander
D: Steak burger with chorizo and green salad
Sn: Another Protien shake
