Weight plateaued after a minth

Been low carving for a month. Some cheat days as had weekend away and couple of parties but have lost 4.5kg in four weeks. But weight been exactly same for last five days. Any tips?

I would say that your body is just in a process of stabilising and you need to keep going and then eventually you will see losses again. It comes off quickly in the beginning as there is a greater water loss but it evens out eventually and then the losses become slower but steady.

This is often the case in weeks 3 or 4 - just keep going and you'll see the weight start to shift again. (But not if you keep cheating!)
