Hi all. I'm totally miserable, I've gained about 3 1/2 stone in the last 4 years (now 13.5st and 5'7") I really need to get my shit together. I've been loosely following thebodycoach plan (just the lean in 15 recipes and some workouts) but not strictly enough!
Do I need to know my macros and restrict calories doing low carb? Also should I limit fruit? Because I rely on fruit a lot as I don't like many veggies. Help!!!
