Help! I'm miserable!

Hi all. I'm totally miserable, I've gained about 3 1/2 stone in the last 4 years (now 13.5st and 5'7") I really need to get my shit together. I've been loosely following thebodycoach plan (just the lean in 15 recipes and some workouts) but not strictly enough!

Do I need to know my macros and restrict calories doing low carb? Also should I limit fruit? Because I rely on fruit a lot as I don't like many veggies. Help!!!

If you're eating a lot of fruit, then you're not low carbing!

To be more helpful (sorry for the terse post last night!), you could always come and join us on Bootcamp, which starts next Monday? No need to weigh or count anything, just follow the rules.
