Really carb free?

I know that we will process calories from alcohol first so too much gin is bad, but......is it?

It's also metabolised in the liver where most of the calories get converted to bit of energy and citrate. Look that up to see why alcohol increases production of fat in liver. Honestly? Everyone is different - some people can have alcohol and still lose weight whereas for others, it will wreak havoc with their diet.

I'd suggest you try it, but don't overindulge in any other foods, and see how well your body deals with it. You might just be one of the lucky ones.
