Pleaaaase help!!

Hi all! I'm looking for some practical advice as Google is giving me more and more conflicting info with each click!

Been successfully low carbing for a while, lost loads of weight, but had 4 days off over xmas and can't seem to get back in the zone? LC has been back on point for a week now, but I'm retaining loads of water (seriously look pregnant) and feel just gross and bleh. What can I do? Normally I'd have a big woosh and be back to normal pretty quickly.

I drink loads (6+L a day) and workout 4x a week...
