I've yo-yo dieted for as long as I can remeber. I find slimming world good but lose motivation. I need to lose 4st by Christmas (bridesmaid at my sisters wedding) help!! X
Read "it starts with food, and do a Whole 30. Google it!!! I got Amazing results fast and not just with my shape! My mood, sleep, energy and pooping improved vastly!! Highly recommend it!! Changed my life
