I decided late last night to start low carbing after being inspired by reading the bootcamp threads, and plan to join the next bootcamp. However, no idea what I can have for breakfast today - I've got no eggs in the house! What other things could I have?

If you don't like eggs, then why not something like bacon or (low carb) sausages with mushrooms?Or, a continental breakfast - ham and cheeseFull fat natural yoghurt - lovely on it own, or with vanilla extract/cinnamonThe other thing to do is to stop treating breakfast like a separate/special meal, and have stuff leftover from dinner the night before.
