However, it stands to reason that you can't possibly expect that rate of loss to continue. What you're suffering from is the very familiar week 3 (sometimes 4 and even 5) 'pause'. It's really, really common.
You know it's working, because you've had such spectacular results so far. Your body is now in the process of transitioning itself from carb-burning to fat burning, and it seems to need a week or so to 'catch up'.
Just keep on keeping on (KOKO!) and don't panic. You'll see the weight start to come off again soon - albeit at a slower rate.
