I have been trying out low carb (still have so much to learn and am experimenting more than anything). I love eggs, but would it be too much to say have 2 eggs for breakfast and 2 with dinner? for breakfast I have been having them with veg. Similar for dinner but more of a stir fry. I don't want to over eat them and end up putting more weight on as the purpose of this is to lose weight!
