Quite new to low-carbing.
I find this way of eating easier to stick to if I plan in advance. With that in mind, I'm spending a few days an a couple of different UK cities in the next few weeks and will be eating out. What chain restaurants have things suitable for low-carbers? And is it easy enough in other places to have a burger without the bun or a roast without the potatoes and gravy? Will that do the job ok? Are there any hidden things I need to look for in food I'm not cooking myself?
