Are you 'allowed' meringue?

Could you make a carbonara type sauce for courgette spaghetti?

StillNoFuckingEyeDeer Wed 25-Sep-13 16:03:11

this sauce, but chop the courgette into spaghetti shapes instead of real spaghetti.

If nothing appeals today just freeze it. It won't whip when defrosted, though you can freeze it whipped. It is then fine for cooking with. Or make a recipe that involves heating it , this extends its life. Or freeze the sauce.

melt in some dark chocolate and make a desert, blend with cauliflower and fried onion to make mash?

that sauce looks like exactly what I need (minus the pasta obviously), no pancetta but thickish ham will do. thanks SNFED

love the idea of the melted dark chocolate but think I would go OTT

Atkins-diet friendly chocolate mousse: 2 teaspoons of Candarel sweetener, 2 teaspoons of Bourneville chocolate powder, stir slowly until it turns into a mousse.
