Do you have to be in ketosis?

Ive been low carbing and lurking amongst the threads. I was in ketosis as I bought the sticks. Last night I treated myself to kebab, just the meat and salad with some yoghurt. This morning I am not in ketosis.

Can I still lose weight if I'm eating fat from the meat but I'm not in ketosis?

You will lose weight in both KLC and Non-KLC both reduce weight and insulin resistance. However non ketosis is by far the safest.
