Supplements in Low carb diet?

Hi, I'm about to embark on strict low carb from tomorrow! Do I need to take any vitamin supplements and are protein shakes a good idea as well?
If I feel hungry I plan to snack on cheese or hard boiled eggs....any other ideas?
Also is pâté allowed?
Thanks

I take an omega oil in liquid form and a good multi vitamin
Protein shakes I have post workout

I think pâté is ok... Just check carbs on packaged ones maybe. Tuna mixed will full fat mayo scooped on lettuce (little gem) is a good snack

Great thank you. I do cycle a lot so the shakes post cycle is useful.

Asda have 3 for £10 on multi vits etc (some of the Centrium ones are normally £8/9 so good deal)
I like the protein works www.theproteinworks.com/
For protein. Cheap, good and amazing quick delivery (18hrs last time!) Shock

Although the naked whey protein is new and looks good - more natural

I take quite a few supplements, but I take them to beat PCOS/insulin resistance rather than because I low carb.

Everyone should take vit D3 though!
