Hadn't noticed this: yes, I do find my mood improves when I'm on Boot Camp. I'm not sure how much of it is feeling in control, not being controlled by carb cravings, seeing success, sleeping well. I also just generally feel like I have more energy
Come and join us on the current Boot Camp thread. Even though we are nearly at the end of the 10 weeks, there are quite a few who have only recently started (including one who has got ready to start tomorrow). Plus the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness which is in the OP of each week's thread has loads of resources.
And we're a very supportive bunch with lots of inspirational stories and advice
