Suggestions and advice please

I want to start Bootcamp. When I looked at this some years (and a stone or two) ago there were some spreadsheets with everything from carb counts to menu plans. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

I am disabled, and do not go to supermarkets. I use Ocado and sometimes the local Tesco Express. The same issues severely limit cooking so I use a lot of ready made meals (try not to use microwave ones). For example, how do I know if a Covent Garden soup is ok on bootcamp? Does anyone use an app they would recommend? Love eggs - hopefully that will be positive among all these negatives!

I hope I will get my head around this and join a thread soon, can one jump into a bootcamp thread or should I wait for a new one to come along?

Come and join us on the week 4 thread. People do- it's totally fine. The spreadsheet is in the first post of all weekly threads and the rules is a sticky thread on this board.
Read through the threads for meal ideas - there are lots of things that need minimal cooking/prep especially if you like eggs!
Ocado is great for shopping as the nutritional info is available for all products. But things that are less that 5g carbs per 100g (or less than 3g even better) I recommend the English Provender soups more than Covent Garden which often seem to have added sugar.
See you on the thread!
