Leftovers from the night before?

Actually, eat anything! Don't treat breakfast like it's a special or different kind of meal.

A quartered hard boiled egg plus half an avocado sliced with a squeeze of lemon has been my favourite this week.

LOL at 1/4 egg!

Today I simmered half a tin of chopped tomatoes with a pinch of chilli flakes and poached an egg in it. Served with some leftover tender stem broccoli and a sprinkle of feta.

90second keto bread (recipe on google but involves butter eggs coconut flour) with bacon and soft cheese. I finish the bread off in the George foreman, in the bacon juice. It’s pretty good and fills me up for ages.

Finding myself eating the same things I went looking for recipes. Here are some that I'm going to try and thought I'd share:

Sausage Egg 'McMuffin' - you can do it with bacon too
BEATS (Bacon, Egg and Tomato Salad)
Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Burritos
Baked Eggs with Mushrooms
