Bootcamp Light for me?

Hello, due to a number of issues, I have not partici[ated fully in Bootcamp, but am following along and doing a "bootcamp" light. I have questions:

Can I post here in chat I sometimes like to share my good/bad stuff diet-wise looking for support and to support others.. is that allowed, or should I only post in the bootcamp thread?

I can't see why you wouldn't want to post on the Bootcamp thread - after all, it's week 3 and many people will be moving on to Bootcamp Light anyway!
