Anyone else doing Pioppi diet? I'm just over 2 stone down since start of April. Thinking of joining next book camp as done this on my own so far (except the book). The boot camps seem to happen regularly so will the next one be soon?

Next one will be in October, but we are continuing to provide mutual support (and accountability) on the final weigh in thread. There were a few people who only started in the last week or so so are still in the early stages.

I've been looking at Pioppi. I bought the book about a year ago, I think when it was first published but didn't read it then. Heard about it again recently on Twitter and joined a FB support group. I've improved my eating a bit over the last couple of weeks but am nowhere close to being on Pioppi.
I'm currently wavering between starting Pioppi and more general LCHF.

LaBurraRioja, I found it reassuring to have the science laid out in the first half of the book. Obviously the same for any LCHF diet but this was the way I accessed it. I now use diet doctor for additional recipes although doing Pioppi recipe tonight. Fun thing both my sons and husband have lost weight too as side effect of me doing this and I find it doesn't feel like a diet (probably true of all LCHF diets though, not just Pioppi.
