Low-carb bootcamp

Replacement for cereal bars

Looking at starting low carb. One of my main issues is breakfast as I rush out the house and have a cup of tea and cereal bar (or croissant 😱) at my desk. Any ideas for replacement very welcome. No cooking facilities here so need something 'easy and portable'

Rolled cheese and ham. Yogurt and berries. Bullet proof coffee.

Get up 20 minutes earlier! Seriously. It really doesn't take that long to eat a bowl of yoghurt, or make some scrambled eggs.

If you really, seriously can't do this, then hard boiled eggs, or cooked low carb sausages - or just a pot of full fat yoghurt at your desk.

Its the getting kids ready, breakfasted, lunch done rush...there's only time to just about make myself look presentable. Hence I have my own when less rushed at work.

Yoghurt and berries isn’t that great to kickstart low carb. Boil,up some eggs - they keep for a few days in the fridge.

Yoghurt and a few berries are only ok after the first 2 weeks. Until then (and I still just have this, if I have breakfast at all) have full fat Greek yoghurt with a pinch of cinnamon.

After the first two weeks, I prefer to keep my berry "allocation" Wink for the occasional dessert (with cream of course Grin)

I make little egg muffins. Put cooked meats or some veggies in a muffin tin (I use a mini one) and cover with beaten eggs and a bit of milk. Salt and pepper (and normally cheese Smile) bake for 15-20 mine at 200.
Can be eaten cold and I even take them in the car as I have a long commute and hate eating as soon as I get up.
