Hi all First day of LCHF Would someone mind having a look at what I have eaten today and advise me on if I need to change anything. Breakfast - had a planned breakfast out with my sister today so I had a cheese and ham omelette with full fat mayonaise (bet there was milk in the omlette i didnt think to ask them at the counter)x2black decaff coffees Lunch -not a huge amount at lunch ..iceberg lettuce with olive oil and Tin of tuna( in sunflower oil..drained) mixed with full fat mayonaise (low carb one) Decaff coffee with unsweetened almond milk. Dinner-salmon fried In olive oil with spinach (fried in oil with the salmon)broccoli and cauliflower rice. Table spoon of mayonaise . Just had a decaff coffee with bit of double cream. Will only drink water for rest of the night . (Probably had 3 tablespoons of mayonaisee today -is that too much ?..it's 3.0grams of carbs per 100 g)) I don't feel too hungry feel a bit sick actually and have a very bad stomach ..is that normal ? I really want to do this properly as I'm so fat I hate it ..I'm getting married next year and all the wedding dresses I've seen are not what I could wear if I look like this!)
