Yes, absolutely. Did the Xmas shop today and I did buy some treat food for me - deli meat platter, posh cheeses, pate, some 90% choc from hotel chocolat. Xmas dinner will just be minus the roasties, parsnips, pudding etc. I've lost 4 stones this year and feel better than I have for decades - no way am I risking that for a few mince pies Xmas Grin.

Ish.

I’ve had a few chocolates yesterday and will have a few today.

Tonight I will have a few canapés, but not too many, and a few crisps and other crispy things.

I will have a few glasses of whatever tipple I fancy over the next few days.

I will have a couple of roasties and some stuffing with Christmas dinner. No pudding.

Overall it’s still quite low in carbs.

I’m quite relaxed about it, I’m going to just avoid going overboard. And I also am not having breakfast or lunch over this period.

Good luck with sticking to it.

I love and holger

If I go off plan I go mad and struggle to get back on!

It's just me and my child so I think it's easier for me as there is not a huge gathering to deal with and masses of consumption around me!

NazaninN appears to have only joined MN today and has spammed about 30 threads in Weightloss with the same message. I have reported this poster to MNHQ as spam.
