Morning all

Sorry for the later start than usual

Here's the Spreadsheet .

So our last two weeks - time, if you wanted, to go back to Bootcamp proper and really make sure you maximise the chances of losing another few pounds.

Good luck all Flowers

Morning :). I was 173.8 today - up on my Wednesday low but I'm delighted. That's 10 off this bootcamp which given I'm 6 months in, I am really pleased with. It's funny, day to day it seems like I'm not losing much, then when I look at it over a period of time it's actually pretty significant. I think I will def make the 4 stone off by the end of the year :)

Thanks for the new thread BIWI. Weighing in tomorrow as usual but I think I’m going to do strict boot camp for these last two weeks.

The pound which disappeared again earlier in the week has now stayed off, so that's a 1lb loss, bringing my total to 1 stone. The weight loss has really slowed down now, despite sticking to Bootcamp proper, so am hoping I'm still going to lose some more. Will be going out for a meal tomorrow (ds's birthday), but should be able to eat low carb at that. I'd really like to shed 3 or 4 more pounds before Christmas!

Morning everyone.

73.9kg today, so 0.6kg off during the week, just over a lbs I believe. Weight loss is slowing down here too but it's still going. I'm only 2kg off a healthy BMI, more or less. I don't think I'll see that this BC so I'm already planning to be back in January on the unofficial-we-will-miss-BIWI-but-compl

Hi everyone, just checking in, I'm back on it where food is concerned the last couple of weeks have been awful. DH told the staff last Wednesday that he is retiring, nobody is fooled, we had the company Xmas party on Saturday night, it was very emotional. There were lots of tears, it's nice to see that he's so well thought of but that doesn't and won't pay the bills.
I'm awash with spread sheets, the cost of moving and adapting a smaller house V's stay here and tighten our belts considerably etc.
I haven't weighed myself, I've put on some of the weight I lost in hospital but I'm really not that bothered about it right now.
I'm way behind with Christmas preparations and have cancelled our Christmas open house/party, I feel as if there is a mountain to climb.

Ooops! That was supposed to read "we will miss you but completely understand you have a life outside BC"!!!

I would love to get into the 150s though - hopefully the thought of it will keep me ont he straight and narrow Smile

Not weighed yet but confessing a blip (hopefully to stop me going off on binge fest). Untouched slice of cheese on toast cut into four left on the breakfast table and not binned. A real weakness of mine. I just had one quarter (four times Blush)
Good luck every one.

Another slight gain here this week. Carb creep, emotional eating and just losing momentum. Am back to tracking my food and also making an effort to drink plenty.

Arsebandits, the incredible bouncing pound appeared overnight for the weigh in. Still a loss this week but only 0.25lbs, not the 1.5lbs I had actually achieved up to Saturday.

I have 2 Christmas dinners out in the next fortnight, I may go superstrict to counteract this for the last fortnight. Although I haven't that carby: 2 glasses of wine on saturday night, occasionally some brazils for a snack and berries with breakfast is the only exceptions I am making on this plan.

Sorry for the moan this morning, lack of sleep is making me grumpy. I hope everyone else has a good weigh in.

I have just jumped into the carbs this weekend. Gone totally mad. To be honest I think this might be me done for this bootcamp. I have got so many social things in the next couple of weeks that I just doubt my ability to stick to it and o would rather not get into a try/fail binge/purge cycle.

I'm away for the week so can't weigh. I'll see how this week goes.

Hmm 1 lb on for me. I managed to log 10.4.8 last week having seen it for 3 days. Well that was the last time I saw it too!! For no good reason I've been back in the 10.5 and 10.6 brackets ever since!! AND I've been exercising!! Hey ho. It's still a stink lot lower than the 11.3 I started at!! x

Thrilled to see a 0.5lb loss this week! It’s not much, but given there were 5 meals out/takeaways and wine last week I’m just happy not to have gained.

2.2lbs to go before the scales start with a 9 again. Going to make a conscious effort to drink more water as intake has been slipping and go back to strict bootcamp to try and get to 9 stone something this time round.

Sorry to hear things are so stressful c4 Sad

A 3lb loss for me this week, and I was actually 4.5lbs down on Friday morning Shock

I think I will be a staller, a gainer and loser of a pound, then a whoosher.

NSV - but bringing its own problems - my jeans are starting to feel very loose. I've spent most of the morning yanking them up! Can't really justify buying new ones just yet, but they will be a present to myself in the New Year (if I still need them after christmas...)

No-one has noticed that I've lost weight - nearly a stone now! 12lbs! but I feel so, so much better. Less miserable, a bit more energetic. Wouldn't say I am sleeping hugely better, still waking up a couple of times a night, but OK.

B: large bag of pork scratchings Blush. Shit breakfast but was out in the fields until 9 then had to do a mad dash to work and I picked them up from the garage. They are the Real Pork Scratchings ones and have less than 1g of carbs per 100g but shitloads of calories

L: scrambled eggs and spinach, with some chilli olive oil and butter

D: sausage and butterbean casserole (minus the butterbeans for me), courgette and broccoli "rice" from Asda

I've completely ditched milk in favour of almond milk, which must be saving me quite a few calories per week as I used to drink a LOT of lattes and hot milk drinks.

Hello all - I would love to lose 2kg (4.4lb) by the end of this so am going to really set to it this week. Then my aim is to start the next bootcamp after Christmas at a weight no heavier than the one I end this one on. I wonder if that is possible over Christmas.

Down three pounds this week. Suspect it's mainly due to my stress-related dodgy stomach yesterday morning.

Went out to the rabbits to see one limping. Another (the mother) had been limping a few days earlier which I put down to her landing awkwardly, but having another limp concurrently was worrying. More so was that she let me pick her up, and, when I put her down in the house seemed to be dragging her hind legs, so it was off to the vets we went. Problem was, emergency cover was at the surgery 40 miles away!

Long story short, she's still there, still critical. Had hypothermia (now treated) and dehydration, and now seems to have diarrhoea. And she hasn't eaten anything, which is serious. But at least she is being looked after. The others are really out of sorts, especially the mother, but I'm not sure if it's just the car journey and missing one of their own. I've kept them shut up for the day, in the hope they'll keep each other warm (esp the mum, who I am concerned about).

Sorry, in the scheme of things they're only rabbits, but they're my rabbits.

Well done everyone who has lost. A small loss for me of 0.8lbs to 197lbs. Only 1lb off 14st. If I manage 2lbs in the next two weeks I will be in the 13s. That might be the motivation needed to keep on track. I’m finding the many temptations, at this time of year, difficult.
I’m planning to koko until 21st then allow treats over Christmas, jumping back on on 3rd January

What a rubbish Christmas C4! Hopefully the New Year will bring health, wealth and happiness........Flowers

I’m joining again - have had a 2 week hiatus with 40th celebrations but enough is enough. It has shocked me as to how difficult it has been to restart. The one thing I have avoided is sugar which I am pleased about as am such an addict. Anyway 3llbs I’m over last 2 weeks so head down and get on with it for for the last 2.!!

Well done to everyone out there who has lost or maintained. I've seen my first gain of bootcamp, only quarter of a pound though, and i think due to eating a large meal last night when friends were over. Also more carby than planned, we had a curry night and a friend said she'd bring the veggie one - she knows I'm doing LC but think her interpretation of it is a little looser as it was chick peas and lentils. Hey ho...

Also just made the dangerous discovery that they make a dark version of the chocolate orange.... Oh dear...

Good to hear from you C4 but life sounds very hard for you right now. Sorry for anyone struggling out there.

I am going to try and go hard-core bootcamp for last two weeks which should get me to goal hopefully. I have a couple of social things but I am hosting both so can control what I eat.

Sayrra I saw your message on the other thread, hadn't realised I had an error today. It's the same issue I had last Monday, is it my app that's the problem? It's only been since I had to swap phones
