I don't think BIWi has set a date yet but it will be sometime in October in the meantime why not join in on the thread called keeping on keeping on until the new bootcamp

I usually start it around mid to late October, so that it finishes mid-December - as they run for 10 weeks.

However, this year I'm on holiday for the first two weeks of November, so I'm not quite sure what to do.

(aim not to do this at all eventually but a low carb one is a start)

pinkingshears try pork scratchings, babybel cheese (or just cut up cheese), a square or two if very dark chocolate if you won't go mad on it. Cucumber sticks, celery sticks, pepperami.

40g bar size = 20g carb / 18g sugar.
I imagine that is WAAAAY too high???
