This is very good. Can I ask what you mean by moderately though? So if I wanted a can of tomatoes for example, is moderately 1!or 2 times a week or 4/5 - just not every day?

NSEA - that’s a question for @BIWI - this is just supposed to be a summing up for the boot camp rules from the spreadsheet.

Personally I’m quite careful with the “in moderation stuff”, as I’m trying to stay in ketosis.
