Morning all

Here's the spreadsheet - sorry to keep you all waiting!

So we have four full weeks before our final weigh-in - still time to lose half a stone if you stick at it.

Here's to a good week ahead Flowers

Morning all, good luck for weigh in day to those who weigh.
.8lb off this week. Too much peanut butter and double cream. But still going in the right direction.

Still here! 1lb off for me. AF is due this week, so happy with that. Cutting down cheese and upping water this week though.

Morning! I've added the weight I was at all last week as I am showing water weight due to AF (which started 2 weeks early, went away and is now back again, so technically this is my 4th period since bootcamp!Shock) and my weight was steady before the weekend so I am going to have another very cheese-light week and get back on track.

2 on. Not surprised. Too much alcohol. My scales are crap though and change by 4lb every time I step in them. I'm tempted by the Fitbit ones

Still here! Another tiny loss this week but it's all in the right direction.

Well done losers. STS this week. I'd like to lose another 6lb but I think I'm going to have to start to restrict quantities/calories to carry on losing, which I find tricky. I think a pp on another thread said that it was harder when you're in the healthyish BMI range, I just wobble around the same weight.

Of course I could give up cream, wine and cheese....
It's my 50th birthday tomorrow and will indulge in a Bootcamp light way and then try and be stricter after that.

Two off here and some NSVs.

1.4 off for me. I had a sneaky weigh on Friday and was in a new stone bracket but think too much wine and a few bites of pizza at the weekend has deservedly put me up a bit. Hopefully will get back there this week

I've lost another 2lb which I'm really pleased with, an average of 1 each week over Bootcamp. I'm only 10lb away from my lowest adult weight (and it wouldn't be healthy to weigh much less) which was when I was at the gym 3/4 times a week and I haven't been to the gym once! If I can carry on this rate I'll be at the target I set myself by the end of BC.
Anyway, here's to another good week. KOKO everyone!

It's moved, a new lower number has been seen on my rather fluctuating scales. Hard to be precise but have lost a pound or two.

I'm really cross with myself. Had a really good week last week, sneaky weigh in on Friday and I was 3lb down after stalling for a couple of weeks.

Then came the weekend, far to much wine led to carbs. Many many carbs.

Pulled myself up yesterday, got back on it and being super strict this morning, right down to almond milk instead of cream. I feel blurgh, bloated and just awful.

So STS this week, will give myself a mental slap regularly today and get back to it. I'll log food later after I've eaten it as my menu plans tend to change regularly.

Have a great day everyone

If any of you need inspiration on the food front there are some nice-sounding recipes on the Diet Doctor site

Still here though I've been LCHF a long time so it's me now - no going back! I've been away with work for a week. There was very little food choice, no chance of finding alternative food (didn't even leave the airport perimeter the whole week Shock) and long haul flights = gain for me. However I've only put 3lb on so it's not a complete disaster. Got back last night and I've just had boiled eggs with butter and a creamy coffee sat in my own kitchen with my kids and DP ---- bliss!!

Hope everyone is happy and seeing good results both on and off the scales

I'm still here. No weight for me a his week as on holiday, but have kept to BC, am feeling good and my holiday clothes (bought in a hurry the day before we left as I'd shrunk out of last year's) all feel loose.

A question please - what do people mean by "squishy" fat heralding a whoosh? All my fat is pretty squishy; even pre BC so not sure I know what to look for! TIA

Morning all :)

I'm not weighing at the moment so can't contribute to the SSOF, but not tracking my food is leading to some serious carb creep and over eating, I just can't crack not tracking my food and with everything that's going on, it's not the right time to try. So I'm back on MFP as of this morning. I actually feel relief. Wierdo Hmm

I'm re-introducing dairy this week too, so proper cream in my coffee and for lunch I've got flax crackers with butter and the cheese I got at the fine foods market Grin

NSV's this week in place of weighing:
Fitted into old clothes I haven't seen since Uni
Managed to stay roughly on track despite awful week of awfullness
Had to buy new gym gear because my leggings were falling down Blush

Menu today:
Cream coffee
Flax crackers, butter and cheese Grin
Slow cooked brisket, celeriac mash, broccoli and shallot gravy

Macros for that little lot:
8% carb (22g)
13% Protein
79% fat Grin

I've also got spinning and a PT catch up this evening, she'll want to weigh me but I'll ask her not to tell me the result. She's more interested in body fat % anyway.

STS here. Feel a bit disappointed as I have at least 3 stones to lose and I have been spot on with everything, but it was week 3 and I know it's not unusual.
On the other hand I've had 3 alcohol free weeks for the first time in years and that alone is making me feel better.
I am going on holiday on Thursday and am really worrying about losing my rythymn. It's encouraging to hear successful stories from those of you who are coping so well whilst away but I am in a catered accommodation so will not have quite so much control.
Will just KOKO!

A loss here this week, I feel like I'm plodding along nicely. Still haven't reached the low of the Sunday before last after which I gained 5lbs overnight but I will get there soonish.

I just feel quite frustrated with myself as I have lost so much but still have the same to lose again. I know it will happen as I'm so determined to keep going.

Tomorrow I have my pre-diabetes assessment. I'm hoping they check my hba1c, they aren't supposed to at the 12 week check but I want to know my level now not in 3 months!
