Body Pump / Balance with LCHF

Hi, does anyone do these classes with low carb / high fat and how do you get on with them? Thanks.

I do body pump, and a lot of other classes, and am doing low carb bootcamp. Haven't found the exercise a problem. Sometimes I have a spoonful of peanut butter before I go, if it's an early evening class and I'm going to have my dinner late. I'm careful to eat enough protein... which in reality means a bit too much cheese (am vegetarian) and quite slow weight loss.

I expect the protein is helpful when increasing muscle mass? I too take a little sachet of almond or nut butter, at times. Glad to hear it is going OK. I do body balance and swimming so far but thinking of doing a bit more now i've been low caring a few months. I definitely feel my energy is better than it was to start with.
