Looking for bootcamp light friendly yoghurt accompaniments. So far I have tried:
Cinnamon
Strawberries
Raspberries
Cacao nibs
Double cream

Any other ideas?

I made the low carb granola on the diet Dr website - basically lots of bird and seeds whizzed up with vanilla and cinnamon and baked. delicious and very filling - I only have 1tbsp at a time on top of my yoghurt.

vanilla bean paste (just a small amount, as it is sweet)
peanut butter, along with vanilla is a fabulous combination, but it is quite carby

Half a lemon squeezed with some grated lemon zest. Extra yummy with thick cream.

I'm having Greek yoghurt, mango and pomegranate seeds for breakfast every morning at the moment. Love it.

Pesto!

Hi everyone,

I want to eat smoked salmon with full fat cheese from Aldi and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a low carb cracker to put them on?! I loved the fatty crackers in the black box that they do.

What is the best app for iPhone for tracking steps?

When you are having greek yoghurt for breakfast, what portion size are you having?

Thanks a lot.

I have 120g full fat Greek yogurt with 5g ground flaxseed and 80g frozen berries.

Occasionally I sauté some apple and pear in butter and have that on it with loads of cinnamon.

There's a paleo chocolate granola I make that's gorgeous but ridiculously high in calories, so I might just have a spoonful to add crunch.

Google flaxseed crackers. They're just flax and water and cooked in the microwave. Quite nice.

Ooh - I've got a low-carb greek yoghurt question.
Is it OK to have vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt? Store bought, not flavoured at home with vanilla extract, if that matters.

If not, maybe I need to try some of the options suggested here.

I doubt it - usually they add sugar as well. Check the back of the pack for the nutritional info.

Not usually a good option, no.

I add orange zest and a tiny touch of water to mine. Delish .

Biwi and Tittygolightly - , I checked the sugar content of vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt, and you are correct. It is LOADED with sugar. So, i'll be crossing that off the list.....blah.
