I don't think that BIWI has managed to post a new thread so I'll do this one.

I don't have the wise words of BIWI so I'll just say that by now you should be more in the swing of lcing so just keep it up and remember, only 1 week until bclite.

Hopefully you all have a successful weigh-in but if not, don't be disheartened. Post for some help and we will do our best.

spreadsheet

Can someone update the spreadsheet for me please? I've lost -5lbs.

Was hoping for more, I think I'm eating way too much yoghurt. Yesterday's lunch was a fail and I hadn't gone shopping, so I had yoghurt for breakfast, lunch and a snack - way too many carbs I guess? Also, am horribly addicted to iced coffees - went through a whole carton of almond milk in two days... will have to tighten things up this week! 😟.

GL everyone else.

CodLiverOil556 · 29/05/2017 07:00

Just updated the spreadsheet and I'm 7.2lb down

I've never lost half a stone in one week before and always been in awe of anyone who has. I'm well over the horrible lethargic phase and had so much energy yesterday that I did jobs I'd even putting off for ages (even tidied our resident shit drawer )

I know I won't lose half a stone every week but what a boost to keep going

Good luck everyone this morning

Pengweng · 29/05/2017 07:01

Ummmm I have lost 2lbs. Which is more than I thought as i was a carby twat on our 8 hr drive home yesterday. Feel shocking today so back on it. Will update spreadsheet on laptop later. Good luck everyone. Xx

A wee reminder of the rules so that there are no excuses Grin

  1. Eat three proper meals a day.

"You must eat breakfast. It doesn’t have to be a lot, and it doesn’t have to be absolutely first thing.

  1. Avoid processed foods.

  1. Eat lots of fat.

  1. Make sure you are eating vegetables and salads with your meals. Make sure that you focus on eating those vegetables that are 3g carb per 100g or less.

  1. Be careful about dairy (apart from butter, which is unlimited).

  1. You must drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day. The minimum consumed in a day should be:

Your Weight----Litres
140lbs-----2.5
160lbs-----3.0
180lbs-----3.0
200lbs-----3.5
220lbs-----3.5
240lbs-----4.0
260lbs-----4.5
280lbs-----4.5
300lbs-----5.0
320lbs-----5.5
340lbs-----5.5
360lbs-----6.0
380lbs-----6.5
400lbs-----6.5

  1. No alcohol.

  1. No fruit.

  1. No nuts/seeds.

10. No sugar or artificial sweeteners.

6 lb loss for me - very pleased with that!

Cherrypi · 29/05/2017 07:05

5lbs down here. Pretty chuffed with that. Well done to everyone else too.

wombattoo · 29/05/2017 07:17

Good morning everyone.
There are already some fab losses. Well done.

I won't be around much today after mid morning.
For those who struggle with the spreadsheet, I will update you tomorrow. You won't get missed off

wombattoo · 29/05/2017 07:17

Oh and thanks for the new thread Sayrra Thanks

Iwishicouldfly456 · 29/05/2017 07:19

5 Down here to. Delighted with that, good luck to all. Enjoy the bank holiday. Normal day over here in Dublin.

ChesterDrawers · 29/05/2017 07:26

4lb off here which I'm really pleased with ass I've been eating pretty LC for a while now. I nearly didn't weigh myself as I didn't want to be disappointed but now I am glad I did.

Well done to everyone for their losses so far.

Today's plan:
Brunch: bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms all in lovely, lovely butter
D: butter chicken curry, cauli rice

Will probs have a snack mid afternoon, butter coffee or w chunk of cheese, something like that...

StuntNun · 29/05/2017 07:27

1lb on here but AF is due tomorrow which plays havoc with my weight so I'm not worried.

SayrraT · 29/05/2017 07:29

Well done everyone Grin

I'm down 3lbs so very very pleased especially since I've been lcing since January.

Well done everyone! 6 1/2 lb off here. Very pleased that I've stuck it through to day 7 this time and that is the motivation I needed.

Get ready 5lbs off is great! Don't beat yourself up about it - it takes most diets about 3 weeks or more to lose that!

Love this woe #backinthezone!

Billionnairewannabe · 29/05/2017 07:33

And thanks for new thread Sayrra. One week to bclite is a strong incentive!

Naschkatze · 29/05/2017 07:34

Lost 2lbs. Happy with that, don't want it to be any faster while feeding the baby. More importantly a pair of pre pregnancy trousers that I couldn't really do up last week, I wore comfortably for the whole day yesterday Grin

Well done on some great losses already!

Copperas · 29/05/2017 07:38

3lb off for me, so I am at last below 200lbs for the first time in three years. Grateful if someone could add me

HemanOrSheRa · 29/05/2017 07:40

Morning losers Grin!

Why are all you loons up so early on a bank holiday?! Grin I'm only up as I am on call all day and night Sad.

I am not weighing in on the spreadsheet as previous experience has taught me it will make me do very odd things and become obsessed. But I believe I have lost 4 - 5lbs according to my ancient and wonky scales. I also feel GREAT! I did take bikini photos last week and I shall do so again later or tomorrow, depending on how busy work is today.

Naschkatze · 29/05/2017 07:48

Heman DS didn't get the memo that bank holiday = lie in. Plus DH is making me a fry up Grin

glenthebattleostrich · 29/05/2017 07:49

1.5 off here, but more importantly 1 inch of waist and 1 inch off hips. S happy, especially as I've not been great this week and have struggled to get into the swing of it.

Today,

B: FF greek yogurt
L: ham omelette with mushrooms, cooked in butter and salad
D: spiced lamb with mushrooms and kojak rice.

I'm giving regular tea a miss as that's where most of my extra carbs are coming from and am virtuously sipping a lovely refreshing mint green tea. I have a range of flavours for when I get bored of mint :)

Heman, its a bank holiday so you have to get up early to enjoy the sofa for a few extra hours. I'm not going for a run though!!

Congrats on all the losses, I'll go through and add to the spreadsheet now if that's ok.

Have a great day everyone.

CodLiverOil556 · 29/05/2017 07:51

No bank holiday here in Germany Sad

glenthebattleostrich · 29/05/2017 07:54

Oh and thanks for the thread Sayrra

JiminnyCricket · 29/05/2017 07:56

We don't get the bank holiday either Sad
Although I have an absolute stonker of a headache and I'm not going into work right now, if at all today.

I'm not that sure what I weighed last week but I'm not 13st 6.6, on Thursday evening I was 13 11. But then that's evening and this is morning so not a true loss.
Could someone add onto the spreadsheet for me? I can't get it to work on my phone. I have downloaded the sheets app and it's got some of the old bootcamp spreadsheets on it but not this one. I'll need some time to work it out.

glenthebattleostrich · 29/05/2017 08:01

Ready, I've put the 13, 11 in as your start weight if that's ok and added todays.

secretsignal · 29/05/2017 08:02

@wombattoo could you add my weigh in pls, 153. Small loss, bit disappointed. Will up the water and KOKO. Well done everyone, and congratulations to those fitting into smaller clothes, that must feel awesome!! Smile
